buddha at my door....isnt life wonderful?

ok before you read this, i must post this disclaimer...

WHATEVER YOU SEE HERE IS A FIGMENT OF THE TRUTH AS I SEE IT. IT CANNOT BE HELD AGAINST ME OR FOR ME IN ANY ARGUMENT OR CONVERSATION AND IT WOULD BE BEST IF YOU JUST ENJOY THE BLOG AND FORGET YOU EVER READ THIS ANYWHERE IN THE VAST SPACE WE CALL THE INTERNET. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU.

now that we have that outta the way lets get to the chase. so here goes....

************************************************************************************

A Friday Morning: A cold spring morning and as usual im late for work. Do I have to go?? Yes. Really? Yes. Promise you'll make filter coffee? Yes. AAAAAAAAAAAAA OK now i have to go.

No milk at home, so no coffee, so no happy me.

I lock the door and start walking down the stairs and there I see Him. Perched on the railing of the stairs is a metal idol of Buddha. Im like...uh ya...thats cool and walk one more step down when I realise...OMG its really there...

I wait for 20 seconds securing the perimeter and wishing someone would come and claim it. I see noone.

So I pick it up and check it for hidden cameras. In this world of technology you never know what the NSA or the FBI have in mind. He's clean though.

I leave him on my table with all the other Gods, giving them a chance to spend some time with each other. I'll meet you all at lunch and I rush.

Is this really happening?? Yes
Really?? Yes
Promise you'll get a doughnut at work?? Yes

After a doughnut and coffee and weird postgres database manipulations I rush back home to check is all this wasnt an illusion.

Nope there He is.

So what should I conclude?

1. Neighbor forgets idol on railing?
2. Neighbor forgets himself and the idol?
3. A little birdie forgets the idol?

Or just that I had an opportunity to meet Buddha at my door.

Beats me.

I'm still in my bubble. I'm still clueless. But then we never have all the answers for all our questions. So I might just carry on living.

:)
